Chester Quintal : Helplines Manager
Chester joined ISWAN in 2005. He is in charge of the management and supervision of the helpline team. He is also responsible for training new and existing team members and developing guidelines and procedures for the helpline. Chester holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Before he joined ISWAN, Chester worked for the Public Attorney’s Office in the Philippines representing indigent litigants in courts and quasi- judicial bodies. He also taught Criminal Law to Criminology students at the University of Northern Philippines.
