Rahul Dwivedi : Office Administrator (South Asia)

Rahul supports the ISWAN team as an Office Administrator for South Asia region. He holds Class 4 Certificate of Competency and has sailed in the capacity of 4th Engineer. He himself was assisted by ISWAN in 2020 and since then he has been quite vocal against the fraudulent crewing agents in India. He assisted the regional team in India as volunteer before joining ISWAN in May 2023. He is passionate to work for seafarers and the issues they face while at sea or at land.
