Katie Earnshaw : Consultant for ISWAN

Katie began working with ISWAN as a consultant in July 2022. She is supporting ISWAN to develop the use of helpline data to identify trends in seafarer welfare and increase ISWAN’s profile and influence at a policy level. She previously worked as a policy and research manager in the homelessness sector in the UK. She holds a PhD in Latin American Studies and spent a year undertaking fieldwork in Mexico.
