Psychological wellbeing is about being well psychologically, which means that we can function well,
we feel generally good about ourselves and about life, we feel a sense of life satisfaction, a sense of
purpose and a sense that our lives are on the right track. Psychological wellbeing is beneficial for our
overall health and can even mean that we live longer.
