Profile:
Furetank is owned by the Höglund family. The company has its head quarter on Donsö in Sweden. Furetank has also offices in central Gothenburg, Hoelbaek in Denmark and in Torshavn in the Faroe Islands.
Furetank is an integrated shipping company that provides technical, safety, crewing and commercial management services to external partners. Furetank focuses on product and chemical tankers and is active in the Northern Europe. The company today owns seven tankers and are handling technical management for two more.
Furetank has during the latest years been involved in developing and building a series of six sister vessels LNG powered low emission with a high technical standard.
The company's vision "Not a giant but a leader" characterizes the business; we are constantly working to maintain high quality and always striving to develop and stay at the forefront technically as well as within the environment, safety and work environment areas.
To succeed everyone in the company has to contribute. The personnel is a valuable resource, on Furetank respect and humility are core values.
